I am a professionally qualified Humanistic/ Gestalt counsellor and mother of two, living and working in Lymington, Hampshire.
When life gets complicated it can sometimes feel like we are completely alone, no matter how many people we may have around us offering well meaning opinions and advice. My aim is to provide a space...your space....where you can speak freely and/ or reflect on that which is important to you.. at your pace, in a way which feels comfortable for you.
I do not have the answers you may be seeking, after all, only you can really know yourself! What I can provide is unconditional guidance and support which may assist you in discovering a greater understanding of the person you really are; why you feel, think and act the way you do, coping strategies for managing the trials and tribulations the world challenges us with, and thus living a more fulfilling life.
My counselling room is a quiet, comfortable space in Lymington providing a safe place in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings in confidence.
